User Reviews, Feedback, Submissions

eLeatherShop does not sell, offer, or disclose any of our mailing list, phone or e-mail information to anyone or company. Your information is for the eLeatherShop and their product mailings or notices.
eLeatherShop online catalogue uses a SSL (secure socket layer) during the order process to protect our customers and their personal and credit card information.
eLeatherShop retains all personal information as private that will remain in our databases until customer requests removal (providing there is no purchasing activity), change of address or until management deems necessary for removal.
We will not provide personal information to any third party source. Credit cards are accepted through our secure server.

We may ask you to confirm your personal information when you contact our Customer Service department. This will allow us to protect your confidentiality by verifying your identity.

Purchase Information
When you make a purchase from eLeatherShop, we collect your name and payment method information, such as credit card information. We collect this information in order to bill you for your purchase. We also collect information that allows us to ship your order. This includes the name, address, and phone number of the intended recipient(s).
When you create an account at eLeatherShop, you can choose to save your billing information in "Your Account." You can also save one or more shipping addresses in your eLeatherShop Address Book. Colors
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on the Site as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless eLeatherShop and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

Returns Must:
* Have all tags and protective panty liners attached.
* Be returned in their original packaging.
* Not appear to have been worn or washed.
* Be received by our customer care department within thirty days from their delivery date.
Returns Must Not:
* Be altered or damaged due to customer misuse or abuse.
* Have self-generated rips, tears, snags, stains, etc, due to customer misuse or abuse.
* Smell of smoke, perfumes, deodorants, lotions, or any other fragrances or odors.
If you're ever dissatified with eLeatherShop, for any reason, please email a brief explaination of your dissatisfaction and we will promptly address the issue.
Since we cannot resale returned intimate apparel (due to hygienic law regulations) we do not issue refunds. However if a product is returned within 15 days from the delivery date, we will exchange it or issue a store credit to your account.
If a product is returned for a color, size, or style change, a 15 pound shipping, handling and restock fee will apply. We do not charge fees when replacing defective products or to issue a store credit. All return shipping rates will be your sole responsibility. Please read below when requesting to replace defective products.
Every product is thoroughly inspected for manufacture defects before shipment. However occasionally a defective product may get overlooked. If you receive a defective product, please submit a damaged product claim within seven days from the date you receive the defective product. If we determine (after inspection) the defect is due to manufacture error, we will replace the product at no additional cost to you and issue a store credit to your customer account in the amount of the return shipping costs you paid.
Please follow instructions below when filing a damage product claim:
* A claim must be submitted within 7 days from the date the product was delivered, and prior to its return.
* Include your name, invoice & product numbers, and a brief explaination of the products defect.
* We will not accept products with self-generated rips, tears, snags, stains, etc., or worn, washed, stained, altered, misused or abuse products, or products smelling of smoke, perfumes, deodorants, lotions or other fragrances and/or odors.
* Due to different browser and pixel settings the colors displayed on a web page may vary, making product colors appear darker or lighter than the actual colors of a product.
* We reserve the right to dispute any damaged product claim, if, after our inspection of the product, we determine the defect is not due to manufacture error, but was caused by self-generation, or the misuse or abuse of the product by the customer.

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is shipped. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. eLeatehrShop.com reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities. Customers will be pay shipping charges to reroute a package once it has been released to our carrier. Due to high volume it is difficult for us to locate your order once processing starts, please call to cancel any orders within 1-12 hours, however we cannot promise we will be able to locate and cancel your package. There will be a $10 charges for all cancelled orders. It is not possible to cancel orders after shipment. Our goal is to provide each of our customers with total satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with the size, return it to us for exchange. All returns must be made within 15 days of receiving the product. No item that is damaged, soiled or worn will be accepted for refund or exchange. We thank you for the opportunity to show you how much we can save you. There is no reason to pay retail when you can pay far less, buying directly from a major leather suppliers. eLeatherShop Photo Graphs & Products All photography of Products is copyrighted to eLeatherShop. We are no longer allowing the use of any of our photographs for any use whatsoever. All Photographs rights are reserved. Strict legal enforcement of such rights will be diligently pursued for any violation of such rights.
